Our vetted caregivers offer personal care, housekeeping & meal prep, medication reminders, transportation, and respite care, lifting the burden off families so they can focus on what matters most: time together.
Created by healthcare professionals and people who genuinely care, Horizon is built on integrity, professionalism, and heart, serving Langley, White Rock, Richmond, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey and the wider Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley.

Horizon Home Support was founded by a team of professionals with backgrounds in nursing, rehabilitation, and community health. They saw firsthand how many families were stretched thin trying to care for loved ones without enough support.
By combining clinical insight with heartfelt service, our founders created Horizon as a care company that listens first—and acts with purpose.
MEET OUR DIRECTORS
Kiran Gill (RN, BScN, MN)
Director of Care – Horizon Home Support
With over 15 years of nursing experience, Kiran is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a lifelong passion for supporting seniors and strengthening community care.
She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing, and is currently a nursing instructor where she mentors and inspires the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Kiran’s clinical background includes extensive experience in surgical units and acute care settings, where she developed strong skills in patient care, critical thinking, and advocacy.
These experiences shaped her deep understanding of what individuals and families need both during times of illness and in the comfort of their own homes.
As Director of Care at Horizon Home Support, Kiran is actively involved in every aspect of the company — from developing personalized care plans to supporting staff and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Her passion for nursing is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity and independence, supported by compassionate, professional care.
Outside of her professional life, Kiran is a proud mother of two young children. She enjoys staying active, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Rina Heran (RN, BScN)
Director of Care – Horizon Home Support
With over 10 years of nursing experience, Rina is a dedicated and compassionate Community Health Nurse who has worked across a wide range of care settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and has built her career on delivering respectful, client-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Rina’s professional background spans in-home care, independent living, assisted living, long-term care, residential facilities, and community health. She has worked extensively with CBI Home Health as a Client Care Supervisor, collaborating with organizations such as WorkSafeBC (WSBC) to support clients through recovery and ongoing health management.
She has also served as a Charge Nurse in residential care facilities, leading clinical teams, coordinating complex care, and upholding high standards of practice. Currently, Rina works as a Community Health Nurse, providing comprehensive home- and community-based care to individuals and families.
As a Director of Care at Horizon Home Health, she brings her clinical expertise and leadership to ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Rina is dedicated to delivering professional, culturally sensitive, and empowering support right where it’s needed most, at home.
Outside of nursing, Rina is a proud mother of two, and enjoys spending time with her family/friends, reading, and playing sports.
